| Welcome to Philip and Lisa Urso's Salt Pond Yoga Studio in Charlestown, RI. We teach Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga. Click here if you have questions or if you are a beginner.
Our Classes, unless specified, are 90 minutes in a 90 degree room. All Classes are drop-in, $10 ($5 Student), Bring a towel, maybe 2, and water. Philip also teaches at All That Matters specified as "Wakefield" on the schedule below. When selecting a class, ALL = Beginners and All levels.
